for us to know
Any of these topics is of interest. Even partial information adds up to the full picture — you do not need to know everything at once.
New blocks
Websites, apps, and protocols that were recently blocked or are about to be blocked.
Technical mechanisms
DPI filtering, DNS spoofing, blocking by IP and SNI, deliberate traffic throttling.
Timelines and plans
When and in what order new restrictions are planned to roll out, stages and pilot launches.
Restriction lists
Lists of domains, IP addresses, and ASNs that are already filtered or slated for filtering.
Regions and carriers
Differences between networks: where a restriction is already live, where it is being tested, where it is absent.
Internal documents
Directives, instructions, and technical specifications related to deploying restrictions.

The more specific the information, the faster we can prepare the infrastructure. An ideal report answers at least some of these questions.
